What we collect
Ora Arcana uses email-based sign in. We may store your account identifier, email address, deck activation status, AI reading credit balance, and related credit events.
My Ora relationship
When you establish My Ora, you explicitly choose to save the name you want Ora to use, response style, First Arcana identity and content version, and establishment and record timestamps. You may separately choose whether to save the optional first-thread text and language. Relationship persistence, first-thread memory, and permission to use eligible My Ora context in Tarot readings are three separate choices.
Ora does not infer, backfill, or automatically create My Ora from Reading Background, readings, questions, follow-ups, Daily Card, account metadata, or behavior. My Ora data is not currently supplied to AI readings or follow-ups. This offline permission foundation does not activate Main Reading use; any later activation remains separately gated. My Ora data is also not used for homepage personalization, notifications, social, or Ora-to-Ora features.
You can edit mutable details, clear only the first thread, or delete the whole My Ora relationship. Deleting My Ora does not delete your account, Reading Background, Reading Archive, Stardust, Daily Card, activation codes, or payment records.
Access is limited to the currently signed-in owner. My Space receives only a non-free-text structured summary and never receives the name you want Ora to use, first-thread text, or Reading Background free text. The database relationship removes My Ora when its account is deleted, but the current product does not promise a self-service account deletion control.
Reading logs
If you generate an AI reading, Ora Arcana may save a reading log for your account. Reading logs can include your question, the card drawn, the reading mode, language, and the AI reading result.
Reading Background
Reading Background is a separate private record that a signed-in user chooses to provide. Every field is optional. It may include occupation or main pursuit, life stage, relationship status, current areas of focus, additional context, reading goals, and topics you do not want Ora to raise proactively. This context is intended to reduce unnecessary assumptions, not diagnose or infer your identity.
Reading Background personalization is off by default and requires a choice separate from saving My Ora or the optional first thread. These are four independent consents and do not enable or disable one another. Reading Background is not currently provided to AI readings or follow-up questions. Turning personalization on saves only that independent preference. Ora does not automatically create, infer, or change Reading Background from past readings, questions, or follow-ups.
The unified My Ora page composes two management experiences; it does not merge the records. You can edit Reading Background, turn personalization off, or permanently delete Reading Background. Deleting it does not delete My Ora, First Arcana, first-thread memory, your account, avatar, Stardust, Reading Archive, or Daily Card. Deleting My Ora does not delete Reading Background.
Access is limited to the currently signed-in account, and users cannot read another user's record through normal product interfaces. My Space receives structured status only and no occupation, additional context, topics to avoid, or other free text. The database relationship removes Reading Background when its account is deleted, but the current product does not promise a self-service account deletion control.
How data is used
We use this information to keep you signed in, redeem deck codes, track available AI readings, show your saved reading history, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
Third-party services
Ora Arcana may rely on third-party infrastructure such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and AI service providers. These providers process data only as needed to operate the product.
Your choices
We do not sell personal data. You can contact us to request account or data deletion. Some records may be retained temporarily if needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
