Digital delivery
Stardust is a digital account credit. It is added to the signed-in Ora Arcana account after payment confirmation and can be used for eligible AI readings and follow-up questions.
One-time purchases
Current Stardust purchases are one-time payments. Ora Arcana does not currently offer an automatically renewing Stardust subscription. Canceling Stripe Checkout before payment completion does not create a purchase or add Stardust.
Eligible payment issues
Contact support if you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, paid but did not receive the stated Stardust, or experienced another verified payment or delivery error. We will review the account and payment records before deciding the appropriate remedy.
Consumed digital credits
Except where required by applicable law, Stardust that has already been consumed and AI readings that have already been delivered are generally not refundable. We may consider exceptional circumstances individually.
Requesting review
Email support@oraarcana.com with the email used for the purchase, the approximate purchase time, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send full card details or account passwords.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment network and the customer's financial institution.
